Terms of Use
Use of the FAST BRIDGE GROUP website, related platform features, and electronic document workflows is conditioned on lawful, authorized, and professional use.
Effective date: July 27, 2026.
Terms now sit beside the updated property submission experience where SMS opt-in is optional, not required.

Access Rules
Platform access and use conditions
By accessing FAST, users agree to use the site and platform for legitimate business, informational, and workflow purposes consistent with law, licensing limits, account permissions, and professional duties.
- Users may not use the platform for unlawful activity, circumvent MLS rules, harass, spam, or solicit improperly, attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the system, or misrepresent identity or licensing status.
- Users may not misuse the platform to interfere with service, bypass controls, harvest restricted data, or submit unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized content.
- FAST BRIDGE GROUP reserves the right to terminate or suspend access at any time, with or without notice, for violations, risk exposure, or business reasons.
Eligibility
Licensed-professional access and verification
FAST membership is available only to currently licensed real estate agents and brokers. Users must provide accurate identity, brokerage, and real estate license information and authorize FAST BRIDGE GROUP to verify eligibility before activation and while the account remains open.
If a purchaser does not provide a valid license number, the license cannot be verified, or eligibility is otherwise not established, FAST BRIDGE GROUP will not activate access and will refund the applicable payment. Access may be suspended or terminated if a license expires, becomes inactive, is restricted, or was misrepresented.
Accounts
Account security and authorized users
Accounts are personal to the licensed user unless FAST expressly approves a managed team account. Users must protect credentials, use accurate account information, promptly report suspected unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for activity performed through their account. Credentials, MLS data, and paid access may not be shared with unauthorized persons.
Billing
Subscriptions, activation, cancellation, and refunds
Subscription charges and any separate startup or activation fee are disclosed at checkout. Recurring plans continue for the selected billing period until canceled through the available account controls or by contacting FAST BRIDGE GROUP. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund a period already purchased, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
Account activation requires license verification and operational due diligence and may take one to three business days. A purchaser who cannot provide a valid, verifiable real estate license number will be refunded and will not receive access. All other refund requests are governed by the checkout terms, any written offer terms, and applicable law.
Liability
Limitation of liability
FAST BRIDGE GROUP, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, missed opportunities, failed transactions, or investment losses arising from use of the platform.
In all cases, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, by the user to FAST BRIDGE GROUP within the past twelve (12) months.
Advice
No legal, tax, investment, or professional advice
All content, templates, data, projections, and tools are provided for informational and operational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, lending, appraisal, inspection, investment, or individualized brokerage advice. Users are responsible for professional review, broker supervision, required disclosures, and their own decisions and outcomes.

Third-party data disclaimer
Certain data, including MLS, IDX, or VOW content, is provided by third-party sources deemed reliable but not guaranteed. FAST BRIDGE GROUP does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data. Use is subject to applicable MLS rules and restrictions.
Availability
Service availability
FAST BRIDGE GROUP does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. The platform may experience maintenance, downtime, delays, data loss, security events, or interruptions caused by circumstances within or outside FAST BRIDGE GROUP's control. Features may be changed, limited, or discontinued.
Warranty
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform and all content, tools, templates, data, integrations, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, or results.
Relationship
No agency, partnership, or transaction relationship
Platform access does not by itself create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, employment, partnership, joint-venture, franchise, lender, appraiser, inspector, or attorney-client relationship between FAST BRIDGE GROUP and any user or third party. FAST BRIDGE GROUP is not a party to a user's transaction unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Content
User-generated content
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant FAST BRIDGE GROUP a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display such content for platform operation and improvement.
Retention
Data retention and user backups
FAST BRIDGE GROUP may store certain user-submitted information for platform functionality, but users remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backup copies of any important records, spreadsheets, contact lists, notes, exports, or other business information they wish to preserve.
FAST BRIDGE GROUP shall not be responsible for the loss of information that was not successfully saved, synced, transmitted, or otherwise stored on FAST BRIDGE GROUP systems, including information retained only on a user's local device, browser storage, temporary session, third-party application, or unsaved local file.
Signatures
Electronic signatures and DocuSign workflows
FAST BRIDGE GROUP may offer purchase agreements, disclosures, addenda, and related real-estate documents through DocuSign or another electronic-signature provider. By accessing or using those workflows, you agree that electronic records, electronic signatures, and electronically delivered copies may be used in place of paper records and handwritten signatures to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for reviewing each document before signing, confirming that the signer identity, email address, and transaction details are accurate, and ensuring that you have authority to sign on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent. FAST BRIDGE GROUP does not provide legal advice through the signing workflow, and you remain responsible for obtaining independent legal, tax, or brokerage guidance when appropriate.
Providers
Third-party signing services
Electronic-signature workflows may be powered by third-party providers such as DocuSign. FAST BRIDGE GROUP is not responsible for outages, delays, verification failures, delivery issues, or other acts or omissions of those third-party services, except as required by law.
Your use of any third-party signing provider may also be subject to that provider's separate terms, disclosures, and privacy practices. FAST BRIDGE GROUP may rely on the provider's delivery logs, authentication records, certificates of completion, and audit trails as part of its transaction file and business records.

SMS program terms
By checking an SMS consent box on a FAST BRIDGE GROUP property inquiry form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from FAST BRIDGE GROUP LLC related to your property inquiry, offer follow-up, appointment scheduling, and transaction-related updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Claims
User indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FAST BRIDGE GROUP, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, judgments, penalties, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your content, platform use, transaction activity, violation of these Terms or applicable law, infringement of another person's rights, or misuse of MLS or personal data. FAST BRIDGE GROUP may control the defense of a covered claim, and you agree to cooperate.
Projections
Investment analysis and projections disclaimer
Any investment analysis, projections, estimated returns, profit calculations, ARV estimates, repair estimates, or financial outputs generated by the platform are based on user inputs, assumptions, and automated models.
These outputs are estimates only, are not guaranteed, and may vary significantly from actual results. FAST BRIDGE GROUP does not warrant accuracy or performance of any projections.
Inputs
User input responsibility and no reliance
All calculations are dependent on user-provided inputs. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness of any data entered into the system.
You agree that you will not rely solely on the platform's calculations, projections, or outputs when making investment, purchasing, or financial decisions. FAST BRIDGE GROUP shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from reliance on investment analysis tools, projections, or deal evaluations generated by the platform.
Records
Transaction documents and enforceability
Where permitted by law, electronically signed purchase agreements and related documents completed through an approved FAST BRIDGE GROUP workflow may be maintained as business records and relied upon in the same manner as other transaction records. You agree not to challenge the validity of an electronic signature solely because the document was signed or stored electronically.
Nothing on this website guarantees that any offer, counteroffer, agreement, or transaction will be accepted, completed, funded, or enforceable in every circumstance. Final enforceability depends on the document contents, signer authority, legal compliance, delivery, and applicable state and federal law.
Resolution
Dispute resolution and updates
Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally after written notice describing the issue and requested resolution. Subject to rights and procedures that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes arising from these Terms or platform use will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in California, and not through a class, consolidated, representative, or jury proceeding.
The arbitration provision is intended to govern platform-service disputes only and does not replace any separate arbitration disclosure, assent, or statutory language required for a real property or brokerage agreement. If any portion is found unenforceable, it will be severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue in effect.
FAST BRIDGE GROUP may update these Terms prospectively. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date and, where required, additional notice or consent. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
General
Severability, waiver, assignment, and survival
If any non-arbitration provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Users may not assign their account or rights without written consent; FAST BRIDGE GROUP may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the platform or business.
Provisions concerning ownership, payments, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, disputes, and any terms that by their nature should survive will continue after account cancellation or termination.
