Why this matters
The strength of FAST is speed plus organization, but responsible users still verify assumptions before making a binding move. The platform improves workflow quality; it does not eliminate market risk, legal risk, or human review requirements.
Service provided “as is”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAST and all content, tools, reports, templates, integrations, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, or results.
Technology and third-party limitations
FAST BRIDGE GROUP does not control and is not responsible for third-party MLS feeds, maps, email or messaging delivery, payment processors, electronic-signature providers, links, websites, software, or network services. Outages, security incidents, delayed updates, delivery failures, and changes made by those providers may affect platform operation.
Limits permitted by law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAST BRIDGE GROUP, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or transactions; or losses caused by reliance on platform outputs.
Any aggregate liability arising from the platform is limited to the amount the claimant paid FAST BRIDGE GROUP for the applicable service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
