How FAST uses MLS information

MLS information displayed through FAST is intended to help agents and investors evaluate opportunities quickly, not to replace independent verification.

  • Listing details may originate from one or more multiple listing services, broker participants, or cooperating data vendors.
  • Square footage, lot size, room counts, zoning, permits, status changes, and days on market can change without notice and may contain delays or errors.
  • Users should confirm all material property facts directly with the listing broker, title sources, public records, inspections, and any professionals relevant to the transaction.
  • FAST may surface MLS information inside deal analysis workflows, comps views, and investor conversations, but the user remains responsible for final review before action is taken.

What this means in practice

When a user runs numbers on a property in FAST, that speed is operationally valuable, but it does not convert MLS data into a warranty. Any acquisition, listing, wholesaling, underwriting, or resale decision should be made only after the user confirms the underlying facts that matter to price, compliance, and risk.
